Return & Refund Policy for Food Orders

We aim to provide fresh, high-quality food with every order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy:

1. No Returns

  • We do not accept returns on any food items once delivered, due to health and safety regulations.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos and a description.

  • We may offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the issue.

3. Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time and no prior notice is given, we are not obligated to issue a refund.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery. After that, the full charge applies.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
