We aim to provide fresh, high-quality food with every order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy:
1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any food items once delivered, due to health and safety regulations.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos and a description.

We may offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the issue.
3. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time and no prior notice is given, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery. After that, the full charge applies.
5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
