Cake Delivery Disclaimer (Motorcycle)

By choosing motorcycle delivery, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • While we take great care in packaging, minor damage (e.g. smudges or shifting) may occur due to road conditions.

  • Ensure someone is present to receive the cake at the scheduled time. We’re not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • Please inspect the cake upon arrival. Report any major issues within 30 minutes.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control during transport.
